Is it? Wow. That happened fast. Only two more days until Bella's 6th birthday. We are planning on having a girl's day at the mall which will include shopping, lunch and... getting her ears pierced!!! She is very excited. I'm excited for her.
Today I took her to get the stitches out of her finger. The Dr said it looked a little bit infected so she's back on antibiotics and will have another follow-up appointment next week. It does look pretty gnarly. I think we'll keep that baby bandaged up for a while until we can all look at it without feeling light-headed.
Ash won Student of the Month this month at school so I get to go see him accept his award at a school assembly this Friday. His teacher told me it was for citizenship and it really couldn't be any other child but Ash. That made me happy
I've been considering doing another 24 Days of Christmas Cookies this year, but decided against it for a couple reasons. One being that I'm not sure I could swing the cost of ingredients this year. Also, it got pretty difficult towards the end there to find new, interesting recipes to try. I think finding 24 more recipes would be seriously stretching for me and in all honesty, I've been stretched as much as I'd like to be lately. If you would like to see all of last year's cookies to get a refresher or to be inspired to start your holiday baking, take a look-see.

Ya know..I was JUST thinking about those Snickers cookies today. I think they will be a must for my holiday baking this year. They were a pain in the shoulders to make last year..but I'm thinking they are a must! *drool*
Glad to hear Bella's finger is healing -- and hooray for Ash!
I pray
for my Bella Mae.

So, I really wish I could see a picture, close-up, various angles, of Bella's finger. Is that weird? :)
I know, I can't believe it's December either! I love it! I wish I had no school so I could just sew and bake. I have several cute ideas for handmade gifts. Can't wait!
That is pretty weird Jenna, but I understand you have a fascination with that kind of thing. The whole time we were in the ER I kept thinking to myself "I can't believe I wanted to be a dr." There's no way my stomach could handle it. No way.
Hey Hannah,
Will you be growing extra tomato plants again this year? If you will be... I'm definitely interested. The plants we picked up from you through Staci were outstanding...!
Happy Holidays,
